A recipe from Diane, my friend and classmate.                            

2 med. zucchini sliced thin
3/4 c. mayo
2 cloves garlic scrunched             Mix these 3 ingredients together

3/4 tsp. dill weed
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese, grated         Mix these 2 together
Spread mayo mix over zucchini which has been spread evenly over casserole dish.              Bake for 25 min. @ 350.
Watch topping. If it begins to brown, cover with foil.
Sprinkle with crumbs/parmesan and bake 15 more min.
